What counts as a prediction?

A prediction is a single AI response generated by your chatbot. Each time your chatbot processes a user message and generates a reply, that counts as one prediction.

Can I change plans at any time?

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When upgrading, you'll be charged the prorated difference. When downgrading, the change takes effect at the end of your billing cycle.

What happens if I exceed my prediction limit?

Your chatbot will continue to work, but responses may be rate-limited. We'll notify you when you reach 80% of your limit so you can upgrade if needed.

Do you offer a free trial for paid plans?
